Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

            The undersigned hereby assumes the unavoidable risks inherent in all horse related activities, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, and physical harm to horse, rider, and spectator. In consideration thereof, for the privilege of riding and/or boarding horses at Marriottsville Ridge Farm, the undersigned does hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Marriottsville Ridge, Inc. and/or MRF Equus, LLC, their employees and/or subcontractors from any liability or responsibility for accident, death, damage, injury or illness to the undersigned and/or any horse owned or ridden by the undersigned and to any family member or spectator accompanying the undersigned on the premises.

            Marriottsville Ridge, Inc. and MRF Equus LLC, their employees, and/or subcontractors are not responsible for any personal property brought onto the premises including damage or theft to vehicles, trailers, and tack.

             The undersigned also acknowledges that they have received and read the Marriottsville Ridge Farm lesson policies, and understand that it is their responsibility to uphold these rules. They also agree to abide by any action taken by Marriottsville Ridge Farm if these rules are not followed.
